Was a long line to check in, placed under staffed and the roaches ran around like guest.

Place is roach infested and room was never cleaned 1 day for my entire stay.

It was dirty and messy and all furniture old, no blankets in the room and it was cold.

Beds were comfortable

Had to move rooms due to roaches one dead on floor another ran behind bed. Overwhelming scent machines in hallways. Asthma people beware. Pool cold. No curtains only shade and room was too bright . NO ICE MACHINES ! tiki bar only beer and wine no ice and don’t open until 5p. Lines out the door for front desk Tv wouldn’t connect to internet after sending 2 maintenance people up so no tv the first days. Thankfully the second day the maintenance supervisor switched out tv. No shower pressure

The rooms smelled like cigarettes and mold There were cigarette burns in the bathroom sink The beds were not comfortable The rooms were just old and feel like a haunted house I would not recommend anyone to this facility

I came a week ago for a special event and I had amazing customer service , that's why we came back. But, this 29th of August was a nightmare. The receptionist woman was a disaster at this moment. It is all about professionalism.

There was no stay!

Nothing. We could not remain in the hotel for more than 10 minutes due to a severe cockroach infestation in both rooms assigned. Despite this, the property still charged me for the full six-day stay.

The rooms were overrun with cockroaches: in the door hinges, on the bed, and on the coffee tables, and had a strong, moldy odor. One elevator was out of service, and there was no food service available (a small relief, given the infestation).

This was the best hotel I stay in so far I have stay in other's nothing like this one I recommend anyone to come here it's very clean every one nice and helpful they greet you and you don't see that in other places

Nothing it was dirty scary gross it smelled . But I felt bad for the one maid . She was trying her best ! It wasn’t her fault for any of this

Property is very old, not clean, carpet is stained and smelly. We arrived late, tried so many times to call the reception to inform them about the late arrival but no answer, no even a reply to message sent via booking app. Party room was still open with loud noises all night, parking spots were all full, had to park in the middle of the lot till the morning

The location was good for my event..the latina at the front desk was kind and the lobby was ok..

Everything..a club operates there..n no parking for who has a room there if u come in late..No breakfast.. roaches was in the room the hallway was trash..gym was down.. elevator was down..I didn't take a pic of the tiny roaches but I did tell front desk..I wish I did..I need a refund..I just was travelling plenty and couldn't review

I couldn’t stayed in this hotel. It was super unsafe and dirty. The people from the front desk were super nice to cancel my reservation the next day. I sent a message to booking.com explaining that I need to make sure I don’t get charged but booking never respond. The hotel was bad but they were very understanding to cancel my reservation. I hoping booking.com will do the same. I booked another hotel the last minute with booking for the same whole week. If I get charged from booking.com the. I will never used this app.

People smoking mariguana in the hallway, doors were open in the room and people having a good time, I had a leak in the room and I had to changed my room. The next room was pretty bad, smells like cigarettes, mold in the bathroom and the bed had spot like never been washed. I couldn’t stayed on the first day. I spent probably 4 hrs maximum until i booked another hotel. Staff in the front desk were super nice though.

If I can Rate This a 0 I would this property looks nothing like the picture. Every room door looks like it’s been kicked down and they just put it back up . The room smelled like dirty mop water . And they had 2 twin box frame & made it into a queen been . Didn’t stay at this hotel had to get my money back . 10min of being there I left because it’s not worth the money . It’s really worth $5 !!! STAFF IS VERY UNORGANIZED!

Runnnnnn, the room was dirty, holes in the walls. The door to get into the room was broken. Housekeeping was no where to be found. I immediately checked out upon check in. I was not refunded, I would've slept in my car vs staying here. False advertisement from what the photos online show.

The is outdated but room was big and steamy shower.

There was no microwave in the room, our stay was 11 days, we were promised one 3 days into our stay by the general manager Justin and never got one. Floors are very dirty. There was also water leaking into the hallway rug not far from our room.

It is outdated, carpets are worn, it smelled like rotten food and drugs. It was cold and no blankets provided (only a sheet). The walls were thin and not insulated, so it was incredibly noisy - I could hear the people in the room next to me & in the hallways talking.

Nothing, the room was dirty, the bathroom was dirty, it didn't have any pillows, they were cushions, it looks like a shelter for homeless people, they smoke marijuana around, they didn't have a mattress, the beds were mats, what a disaster, I didn't stay at the hotel, I left

I didn't stay with my family there. I informed the front desk and they told me they would return my money and they haven't done it. They are liars, false advertising, many people around them are addicted, feeling insecure, we asked for a hotel, this page is misleading and allows them to publish completely different rooms.

The place had roaches the refrigerator was on top of the very small dresser. No microwave. The curtains looked terrible. There was drywall mud in the toilet. The safe was broken. No mirrors except for the bathroom. No garbage can in the bathroom. When you open one dresser drawer they all open. I can go on and on.

Would never stay at this hotel again

Worst experience ever had to change rooms less than 10 mins after check in because of a faulty toilet the next room they assigned us to was worst than the first room that was given to us no water was coming to face sink literally checkout at this hotel on night one of our four night stay . I would never recommend this hotel to a family or friend .
