It was quiet and relaxing

The lady at the check in was very pleasant. The location was central to the places I visited.

I think the carpets need cleaning. I also think that even though you are told at check in to request room service when you need it, if you are staying more than 2 days, room service should automatically check in. There is also a sign in the room on the door facing the full length mirror that needs to be removed for 2 reasons: 1. It is misleading. The first day I am leaving my room I turned off all the lights and air conditioner only because the sign said so. I was told later that it is upon check out that you should do that. 2. You cannot take a full length picture using the mirror because of the sign on the door facing the mirror.

There is not a supervisor who is in charge of house keeping.

Breakfast was good. The bathroom was clean and modern. Service at the lobby was good and gentiles. We like the machines with food options for our kid and us.

The last night we stay there, we realice that under both beds there were plastic cups of Taco Bell and also forks and papers. It was disapointing, that night was hard to sleep thinking everything was not clean as we thougt. Also that same night there was a horrible smell of what we think was smoke.

The hotel is a very amazing hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone.

Loved the free breakfast and the location. It is not where it is too much traffic and they have a restaurant that is literally right beside the restaurant that you can go to if you want to save money on Lyfts and other means of transportation. The staff was extremely friendly and go above and beyond for their guest to ensure that they have everything that they needed. I use to stay at Days inn in and they were so nasty and I wouldn’t stay there ever!! I’ll definitely for sure will be staying at comfort inn and suites during my solo trips or with a trip with my mom.

They took away the jacuzzi tub and the website said they have a jacuzzi tub outside which is a false advertisement.

This hotel was great. The staff were exceptionally friendly and appreciated how decorated and homey the inside was. The breakfast was good and the room was nice along with comfortable beds.

Only negative was that the A/C unit wasn’t working right and it was too late to tell them so we basically sweat all night. Brought it to their attention the next morning and they were all apologies.

the entire stay was a bad experience

when i got ther the 1st rm 306 had a mold and order, went to the desk rude custermer service , stated only had a queen with a pull out sofa bed to put me in or i can check out. and then the shower didnt have any hot water, i asked when will the supervisor comes in said at 7:30 am . Spoke with the Manager , apologized gave me 15% off the rm but said will give me 50%, Said she will move me into a double as i booked when housekeeping clean the rms, I left came back sais none availabele and Maintence says the hot water work. I went to the rm 115 ansas soon as i turned on the shower the hot water came on , so the turned the hot water on , i informed the manager that they lied to her becauseit was not on they turned it on. Very bad exeprience , I have statyed here before and never encountered this

The sofa bed mattress was stained with blood, and the front desk couldn't do anything, not even moving us to another room! We had to sleep in the same bed. They also changed our room from a two-queen bed to a king bed, and the sofa bed was impossible to use.

No room service for the 3 nights we were there..although they parked the carts outside the door daily..We had to empty own bins in the end..All other hotels provide this automatically if no sign hanging outside Pool had a lot of flys and bugs floating in it...but they did clean it the next day after i had a little moan Breakfast was very limited..little variety.. Would have preferred not to have someone standing over you throughout..felt uncomfortable At 9.30 in week juice machine and coffee machine switched off.. £100 excess of original price on booking.com ..but this will be refunded after 3 to 5 days after checkout.. we will see 👀!! As 5 days not here yet Gym had 2 items treadmill and bike...only treadmill working ..bike out of use Very dated furnature and musky smell to room Lighting is very poor

A very nice, quiet comfortable stay

Comfortable stay. Price wise it was great. The Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Extra blanket in the room was Awesome. Half hour from Pompano beach pier. Go for it. You won’t be disappointed. Oh and the breakfast was incredible.
