Staff was very friendly. They would not allow early Check in or late checkout for any reason. For a newer hotel, the bathrooms already need revamped.

Location is key! As a golfer, bring on site for Colony West was the best perk. Check in, drop your bag, hit the greens, hang at the 18th hole restaurant, and then wake up early to do it all again. Only lace I’ll stay in Tamarac. The General Manager Michelle went above and beyond for our stay. 5 Star service

The room was clean. They usually only do housekeeping every other day but you can request it daily. Breakfast is served daily usually regular eggs and sausage plus a waffles and options for oatmeal bagels and cereal.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. A/C worked well. Only down fall was the mattress was not all that comfy and the water took about 5 min to get hot. Other than that the stay was good.

The View At Colony West Restaurant right next door had a wonderful Fish Dip appetizer and Chef Special Pulled Pork Sliders were delicious. Dining on Sunday evening at 5:00 p.m. was uncrowded and service was excellent and fast.

My stay at the Fairfield Inn was my second in roughly a month and both of my experiences with the property have been great. The staff is super-friendly and everything runs smoothly - from availability of a good morning workout in the exercise room, to an extremely generous breakfast spread, to the cleanliness and quiet of the rooms. I highly recommend the property to those considering it.

The bed was awful. We did not get a full night sleep the three nights we stayed there. I need another vacation to recover. A Broward County Jail mattress may have been more comfortable. None of my friends that stayed there, got any sleep. Their beds were as bad as mine.

It was great. Sometimes it was hard to find people when you needed help but when they came they were very very friendly and helpful so thats not really a compliment. Very clean. I do wish there was coffee offered past breakfast time. Most hotels do. Almost all. I was disappointed when i went down at 1030 and no coffee. The coffee in the room just isn't enough. Probably my only complaint. Need coffee available past 930!

This hotel is new and beautiful. Everything was so lovely, accommodating, and comfortable. The shower and bedding were very nice. The breakfast area was clean and kept well stocked by courteous attendants. Everything we needed was there including protein, hot eggs and sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, bagels, muffins and fruit. If I ever need to stay again in Tamarac this will be my place. I did take off one star for the property because one of the 2 elevators was not working the 3 days we were there. That did increase wait time.
