Location

The surface looks clean, but you can tell a deep cleaning was needed. The toilet does not sit firm and shakes every time you sit on it The floor felt very sticky The lamp shades needed to be dust Behind the night table needed to be vacuumed Was very happy to see waffles. The foh tried and were quite helpful. I hope the $75 for incidental will be credited. Also most hotel old your credit card and charge them at the end of the stay. My credit card was charged even before I could get to my room. 108 Regards Jill

I booked 3 nights through booking.com for $177 and I paid booking.com the $100 had to pay the rest at front desk.They didn't want to honor the booking.com agreement.I was driving a 16 ft Penske truck (not a very big one).So they said that i can't stay if I'm taking up more than one parking spot.Then they said they would take the $100 I paid and put it towards 1- night as a favor after I go move the truck 🚛 around back as they told me but when I went around back I saw a van with a trailer longer than my Penske truck.So I said I see a truck and trailer back there.Then they say "well I didn't book that person in.I would be responsible for booking you in" I'm like this is some bs.So we left to check in another hotel.still might file a suit.

It was good for one night. The staff was very excellent, but I put in for the other location that was more quieter, but they gave me this one, but overall it was a good one night day the maintenance guy. He was very nice. We laugh and talk with the staff And the maintenance guy. It was a good stay

The only thing was the toilet seat had a crack in it, and it pinched my leg other than that everything was OK

As soon as you walk in there, there was a foul scent. A lot of people were trying to sell illegal things outside. Made us very uncomfortable and felt unsafe. We tried checking out right then and there but they wouldn’t allow us to, so we waited until the next morning and ended our stay early.

I couldn’t wake up in time for the breakfast.

I mistaking said before there was dog waste in parking lot; but it turns out it was actually from iguanas. They need to be eradicated in south fl.

The pictures online look nothing like the trashy hotel it is. I was disgusted the fountain has green water coming out full of fungus, the tv did not work, the lamp was broken, and dead bugs and debris was everywhere l. The signs says no smoking and it smells like a Marijuana factory plus someone who "lives" there told us to be careful cause the base heads were busting windows the night before there was absolutely no security.

The hotel was unclean and unsafe.

I like the location. The staff was friendly and enjoyed the breakfast and the variety of breakfast items.

I chose this place because it had a pool. The pool was dirty. Had algae floating and water was not clean. Had a bad smell. The A/C wasn't working properly to keep the room cool. Had to buy a fan to stay cool.

Rooms was not clean one of the original rooms ac didn't working took the 1 of the days we stayed to offer to switch the room there was no pool staff was rude and unhelpful and even though manger did eventually correct the problem with the booking as they tried to book room as a separate reservation so they could charge a second damage deposit I had to argue for 30 minutes and show him the reservation this property is not worth the money and was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had

The central location was a perk. CVS was around the corner and Marshall’s and other convenient stores were in the plaza next door. The towels were changed and the rooms cleaned daily. I had booked two rooms to accommodate my children & mother in law. I liked the complimentary shampo, conditioner & body wash that were good quality and that the rooms came with a microwave and fridge and iron and ironing board. The pool area looked good and was functional. The staff was friendly and accommodating and were very willing to assist.

The door to the entrance of the property looked old and dirty. The lobby area could do with some upgrades and there were limitations to purchasing items in the lobby. Only card payments were accepted. Although we were advised breakfast was available up to 10 am on most days of the week every morning by 9 am the breakfast items were packed up and the area closed off. During my two week stay for the first week yoghurt and fruits were available but by week two those options were missing. There was no complimentary water in the rooms. The Wi-Fi was mostly unstable and unpredictable.

The welcome extended by the staff as well as the helpfulness made all the difference!

Breakfast timeframe could be extended by at least thirty minutes.

The experience was a 1. Our room had very little AC so the room was only decent temperature at night. The AC fan did not seem to be working properly and made loud noises thru the night. I paid for a Queen and was given a room with a FULL size bed. I never got towels after giving the house keeper my used towels and I had to ask the front desk who seemed to have an issue with giving me TWO towels. I didn’t get a towel for the floor or hand towels or wash clothes just TWO towels for my husband and I. The room was never cleaned when we left Saturday and returned to full trash cans and the same sheets. The pool was dirty so we did not want to use it and the hallway smelled horrible. The rooms were completely booked out so we couldn’t even change our room. The hallways were always filled with cleaning carts and taking up walking space. Very unorganized and not kept to a good standards. The outside parking lot filled with trash and over flowing trash cans and ppl living on the streets loitering. The worst hotel stay. I am traveling back Friday Aug 1st and I will not book with this location again. Thank you.

Completely Dirty Place, Cockroaches everywhere. Best choose is to stay away from this Hotel. Avoid it

The door lock didn’t not work. Had to jiggle the door and had to replace the door card 4 different times. The door also didn’t fit the frame. There was a big gap on the bottom half of the door. You could actually see inside my room. Did not feel safe and told the staff and they did not move me to another room. They said the room needed to be “worked on” and no rooms were available. I was in room 217

Availability through third party

I traveled 6 hours for a funeral. I booked the room online and drove all night until 530 am just to be turned away. The representative told me I had to come back. There was no way for me to come back around that time due to a funeral I was attending. I tried to get a cancellation refund or maybe a switch of dates and nothing. They told me the because I was a no call no show due to the audit system they couldn’t do anything therefore I lost my money after I was indeed there earlier that morning. Very sad and unfortunate

The breakfast was standard it was good The room was clean

The bathtub needs to be updated, it was stained and looked filthy. I wore slippers in the shower cause I was afraid.

When you walk in the lobby was stink. The elevator is super slow. Last night there I saw two roaches in the bathroom. The night staff which is the heavy set girl rude doesn’t speak at all.
