I never will stay there again, and I do expect some kind of compensation

The room was the dirtiest room we have ever experienced when renting a hotel room. The tub is peeling. There was mold. It was the most disgusting room we’ve ever had.

I liked having a roof over my head. Having a small kitchenette area was a big plus. The TV was well centered in the room.

I did not like seeing a shower rod screwed into a hanging piece of sheet rock. This made showering quite tedious to not break the shower rod off the wall. The bathroom sink was losing its top layer of molding. Having a kitchenette is great but having no utensils or capacities to use the kitchen features was disappointing. Did not like the smell of the room.

BAD BUSINESS.

After two other room fails. We were given the nasties' room that I have every stayed in. It was supposed to be two full beds. they were dusty dirty full beds. The room reeked of cannabis mixed with a unidentified scent. I had to go to Walmart to buy blankets and towel's because I was afraid to sleep on the one provided. I took pictures if you need them. We could not cook due to rust on stove top. could not bath due to something in tub looked like human feces and grime. The remote was so sticky I wouldn't allow my family to touch it. Their was a party under use until 1am. I will never stay in this Hotel chain again.

Booking.com is a scam. We were scammed of our hard earned money.

Such a farce and you booking.com should be sued for sending this survey. You failed to communicate our booking to the property leaving us with small kids with no place to stay in the middle of the night. Your call centre refused to take our call. You charged us money for the hotel room that the hotel was not able to provide and you are refusing to refund. Your actions are illegal per US consumer laws. Pls explain why i should not consult a legal authority to persue the case against you

The hotel was dirty, had urine scent all over the property. The building was flity and it looked like they had people who stayed there that made it there home. IT WAS awful

It was infested with cockroaches. I had to bring in cockroach spray. Also, the room was in bad shape. The TV was on its way out. The bed and pillows were comfortable.

My worst experience with a hotel

I didn’t like anything about the property

The fact that the area was sketchy . The room was absolutely disgusting. Smelled like someone has been living in there and smoking cigarettes for years. The floor was sticky. There was also a Tweaker outside my door, playing music and smoking cigarettes . I tried to make it work for about an hour and decided to get a refund and leave.

My stay was extremely unpleasant. The property was dirty both inside and out, and there was a strong odor of urine throughout the area. In addition, there were several individuals on the premises who appeared suspicious, which made me feel very uncomfortable and unsafe.

Leaving and not to return was the best part.

The room looked nothing like the photo. The lobby area was filthy and needs to be cleaned. The parking lot had broken down cars in it, and the clientele hanging around in the parking lot looked very shady. When I entered the room there was a bad smell, the ac smelled like wet dog. The floors were very dirty and sandy, there was paint comming off the wall, no shower curtain in the tub, and the toilet paper holder was completely broken. The sink and tub looked dingy and dirty. The microwave was very old and had rust spots all over. My family and I left never spent a night. Its obvious this place is used for drug use and prostitution, not a safe place to stay with yoir family

Miserable

Nothing at all it was the worse stay I have ever experienced. I will never stay there ever and will not tell anyone to stay there!!!!!

My room had the worst smell like mold and dog even though I sprayed Lysol to help, There was dead bugs and I was afraid to use the stovetop it was full of rust the dresser was broken could not be used among so much more like the chirping noise that I had to listen to all night. And the list goes on and on

I canceled my reservation. I walked in the door it was 3 staff members behind the glass and neither one said hello they all looked up and kept doing what ever they were doing. I stood there for 10 minutes and no one spoke to me. The area was awful. people hanging outside smoking and drinking homeless people sleep in front on hotel doors.

I would never stay at this hotel again. The staff was extremely rude, and the facilities are completely misleading compared to what they advertise. We paid extra because the listing said breakfast was included, and that was the only reason we chose this hotel. However, during the three days we stayed there, there was no breakfast at all. When we asked, the staff answered in a very rude way, saying “maybe” or “there is none,” even though they knew it was part of what we paid for. This was a horrible experience, and honestly, I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The price.

The reception lobby Filthy. The carpet in the room filthy. The inside of microwave melted completely including a crack in the door of the microwave. The owners have not invested in the upkeep of the property. It is mostly rented out and seems to be more of an apartment complex. Lots of drugs and prostitution activity OBSERVED. Continental breakfast, they had no cups to get coffee which was all that was offered.

I didn’t like The properly because for one it was $100 refundable fee not sure why for two I had a non-smoking room and it smelled like cigarettes was a candle three it was dirty. It was hair and also blood in the shower. It was not cleaned before we got there. It was partially cleaned. The bed was made the sheets had stains. The microwaves were dirty.

20 minutes from cruise port

Room 367 had roach infestation. We kept our suitcases in the car and only slept here being we were cruising the next morning. We checked out a couple hours earlier than regular checkout time. Fix the bug issue!!
