the cleanliness of the rooms and the entire facility along with the friendly staff.

I wish the breakfast time was longer

Big rooms, nice breakfast and area to walk by the property.

Beds soft and old mattresses and pillows flat. Only powder creamer in the room.

I was able to park by the back door, and my room was right there. The staff was very nice and welcoming!! Nice spread for the breakfast buffet too!!

The ice machine in the freezer didn't work. I turned off the ice machine and the motor still kept running making a sound.

Ended up on the 3rd floor with my pet which made the trip up and down the stairs hard on the body, there was something left in the cupboard that kinda smelled the room which I informed staff also if anything was stopping me from staying again it would probably be the fact that all I smelled was marijuana for 4 days. Everytime we come to town once a month we always stay here but because I had to smell this even in my room this kinda ruined it for me. I'm a cigarette smoker I walk myself outside to smoke I don't understand why the marijuana is allowed in the hallway the rooms it can ruin a trip.p

This had to be the worst stay I have ever had at a motel. Slamming doors all night long. Firm alarm going off. Walls so thin I heard the person next door snoring all night long every night of my stay. People above stomping all night long. Halfway through my stay another customer checked in and requested the staff not put him in the hallway I happened to be staying because he told the clerk last time he stayed there it “was hell”. Which I agree with as I had 8 days of “hell”.

Cleanliness

We’ve stayed in a room that was across the hall from the gym and there were kids playing in the facility late at night on the treadmill making it difficult to sleep. The cleaning staff at the day of my check-out tried to bust into my room way earlier than the check out time.

The opportunity to have a 1 PM check out. The little kitchenette. We were able to move to another room after we discovered the TV wasn't working properly.

I could tell there had been water damage in the bathroom at one point. They repainted but you could still smell the mildew.
