It said they had a hot tub in hotel on the web site but No they did not have one!!!!so they are advertising false information! That is why I booked to stay there! If I knew they didn’t would not have boomed there!

The one and only time I'll stay at that hotel

Free parking, clean lobby and carried Starbucks coffee for breakfast time

Extremely poor room service (room not cleaned once in 4 nights), had to keep begging to receive towels and toilet paper over my 4 night stay. There was very rarely any towels for the pool area, and breakfast area was only open from 7am-10am (which is not enough time). My room didn't have a phone, fridge was broken and had to be replaced, and found garbage from previous guest under the skirt of bed. Half of the time there was no attendant at the front desk to ask for help.

I would go back to stay.

The price was fair for the location, driving distance to food and mall. The hotel was basically fine.

Are check in was scheduled was between 5-6 pm, by us. We arrived by 6:30 pm, because of a staffing problem we were asked to come back in a hour to hour in half. We went to dinner near by and was able to check in at 9 pm. Understanding that things like staffing issues are unforeseen but nothing was offer for my inconvenience. My plan was to have dinner in room after check in. Also the bathroom floor was a little dirty, and we were given only one face towel. Had to asking for another in the morning.

Understaffed!!!!

It was in an area we’re we were in walking distance of everything.

They checked me in at 5:30pm on a Saturday, and it took me walking into three rooms to have a room that was clean. The guy working the front desk was also do janitorial work and the next morning the manager was late, an employee running the front desk and coffee stand was 2 hours past his shift! I understand we are in a pandemic and it’s hard to staff but if you can’t function properly please don’t open. My night away from my kids wasn’t as stress free as anticipated 🥺

Extremely dissatisfied. In my experience Courtyard has always been a great choice. This one wasn’t.

Needs a lot of updates. This location has been neglected for some time it looks like. Beds were very uncomfortable. Television didn’t work so had to move us at 8pm.

Nice for a overnight hotel don't stay for the food

The lady at the front desk, the location and the bed.

The shower curtains were moldy, the shower head was dingy, the heater in the pool was off or broken. The grab and go breakfast was not good at all.

Bed is comfy. Location is great. Access to everything and anything.

No hot breakfast, housekeeping did not speak English, only a couple electrical outlets in wall and used for fridge and TV. Other outlets in lights but are wore out so connection is not good. Would not charge phones etc.

Did not have a clean smell throughout the hotel. Carpet in room dingy and dirty. Closet door off track. Shower curtain falling off the hooks. A lot of hallway noise you could hear from inside the room. The first and last time we will stay here.
