Hot, hot, hot...

Beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was really good, staff was nice.

The air conditioning was horrible. It took the sun going down for it to make an impact in the room. Its almost like they did cheap renovations to look nice but didn't upgrade some very important things.

It was enjoyable for the most part but not having the use of the pool was a bummer

Breakfast was decent.

I didn't like not being informed that the pool was going to be closed. The price was suitable with pool use but since I stayed for 2 nights I was counting on ample use of the pool. The most disappointing part is that it looked fine through the windows. Not sure why it was closed.

The staff was PHENOMENAL.

I liked the location and the rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was SO good to my family and was involved in knowing about my daughter and how she did at her dance competition- they celebrated with her for every win!

How big the room was. Extra seating etc.

The breakfast was terrible. My husband's milk had chunks in it. Sausage and busicuts and gravy were not good either. Apple juice was warm and orange juice tasted weird. Room had cracked flooring and we could hear ppl walking around the floor above us. Also the beds make loud noises when just turning over keeping us both awake at night.

Please take the carpet up it makes the room stink. The dry wall was coming off the wall in the bathroom and the toilet wouldn’t stop running.

I can't remember the receptions name she truly gave me excellent service after La Quinta told me I had no room for the night......she bent over backwards to find me a room, I went online and found 1 room to book.....great property room was fab, great breakfast in morning and price not much more than what I originally booked at La Quinta.....great place to stay

I was not happy with the cob webs in the window, dead flys. simple dusting of the windowsill should be common practice but the amount of cobwebs made me aware it doesn’t get done.

It’s a budget hotel with a great breakfast and comfortable beds

Jacuzzi was nice in room Beds were comfortable Breakfast was very good The price was good 15 minutes from freedom hill

Maintenance is clearly poor. The tub needed caulk a long time ago. the air conditioners were finicky and kept turning off. Over the jacuzzi there’s clearly moisture damage On the third floor hallway the floor shakes when walking in spots makes the hotel feel poor The window sills in our room were actually disgusting when we opened the curtains like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long long time

Breakfast was excellent

The room alarm clock didn't work, no bag in the ice tub, not enough towels, and front desk clerk gave assigned our room to another couple after we were already in our room. Just happened to catch them entering our room as we wait on the elevator.

Breakfast had many options and that was great. They had run out of bacon and I asked to have more made and they refused to do so. That was disappointing.

Rooms were big and spacious. They accommodated us even with an snow storm and power outages.

The overall cleanliness of the property, the lobby was just a common area. The late check- in our room wasn't ready at check-in. Which we were gonna just deal with due to the weather. But the noise was unbearable running and yelling in the hallway and it literally sounded like people were doing gymnastics above us. It was not relaxing at all. We checked out early.

My room bath tub drained slowly, throw my shower I was standing in a tub full of water. My shower curtain looked clean but had a odor to it. But everything else was good.
