I liked nothing of this place. It was very dirty and smelled terrible. Our friends room had mold in it. The best part of my stay is when I left.

I was very disappointed with my stay here. I have never experienced anything like it. The beds and room looked like they weren't cleaned before I arrived. There was hair in the bed, large stains on the sheets and comforters as well as hair in the shower. I requested new sheets, comforters and my room to be cleaned when I arrived and was told that there were no linens available and that they couldn't clean my room. In addition, there was only half a roll of toilet paper, when I asked for more, I was told there wasn't any in the facility?? I was offered no help and when I requested my money to be returned, I was told no. The following day, my room was still not cleaned, I had to request again and again. Don't ever stay here, this is by far the worse experience I have ever had in a hotel.

A bit noisy until 1100 pm. Children running in the hallway. After that it was fine . Had a good night sleep.

The breakfast had a nice variety. Waffles, eggs, sausages, apple juice, mini muffins, cereal and bagels.

During our stay, we initially checked into a room that had not been cleaned. I notified the front desk and the gentleman up front told us they didn’t have any other rooms available. So we spent the night in that room. The next morning we spoke with Mark, the manager, and he relocated us to a second room. After occupying that room for three weeks, we discovered black mold in the window area and on the bathroom ceiling; we had not noticed it earlier because the window had never been opened. We were then moved to another room, which was not a king suite despite our original reservation, and we were informed that the rate would remain the same. Upon entering the double-queen room, we immediately noticed additional black mold. An older staff member stated that the air conditioning unit had recently gone out and had been leaking, and she attempted to clean the affected area. However, black mold cannot be resolved through simple surface cleaning, so we decided to check out for health and safety reasons. Additional issues in the double-queen room included a detached headboard, visible spider webs in the corner of the room, and black mold around the bathtub that appeared to have been covered with white caulking.

I like the location the hotel was in. I like the surrounding business that we're easy to travel too. The staff that welcome us was very nice and helpful.

The pillows in the room were kind of hard to sleep on.

We did not stay, we left as soon as we went to the room and went to the Hyatt across the street, it was filthy. The hallways, carpets, walls, and rooms were dirty.

Location was convenient. The rest of the stay was disappointing.

Place wasn't super clean. Bed sheets were ripped. Coffee maker was not in good working order. Staff said they knew of these complaints but were under new management. Sorry, not my problem!!

Not enough towels or shampoo. Service was non existent. Breakfast was horrible. Inedible eggs from a mix. Rubbery sausage. Cereal that was ground into powder in dispenser.

Stains everywhere on the bed , no A/C , water leaking in bathroom, pillows was the worst thing with a blood and rip everywhere The room was on the freeway so you hear every car and truck go through, the smell of the room was horrible We ended going back and sleep in the car and went in the morning to loves gas station to take a bath

The blanket had rips in it, the bathroom towel was torn and the sheets had holes in them. Asked for new towels and never got a response.

It smelled horrible, the bathroom wasn't clean, the carpet is in really bad shape needs to be replaced, gave me a headache

Breakfast! Had a waffle machine. Room was bigger than expected.

Towels were limited. Loud you can hear other guests. Pool was green..they closed it the next day for a few hours to put chemicals in. Mattress on sofa bed was smaller than the frame.

The front desk helped me with the app to get signed in correctly. If it wasn’t for her, I would not have stayed there. She was very helpful, courteous and very professional. I loved her. She was outstanding five star.

The property was clean, easy access close to shopping

The pool was closed. They need to disclose that prior to booking. I would have never booked the room, felt like it was done on purpose, and not telling customers. Also, there is a loud banging sound when someone in the next room takes a shower, woke me up at 7am. The room could use an update. A couple of things were peeling and broke on the TV stand.
