I indicated twice that we had a dog. Which never seemed to get passed along to Hampton. A very nice check out lady took care of the problem.

Clean, well organized, quite,
When I approached the front desk to check out, the female check out morning staff member who looked at me, no smile, no greeting, from the back room, continued to chit chat about someones birthday, and didn't come to check me out. I left my key on the counter...I guess that is what I was suppose to do...
It is a small thing. Though it is not a good thing to ignore customers.

Breakfast and staff good
Can not believe you list a hot tub and show hot tub pictures on ur website and there is no hot tub. I paid alot of money for 3 rooms and you lied to all 3 of my guest families. If I wasn't with them and trying to enjoy vacation I would had made a fuss. Unbelievable.
