We have stayed here for many years and never had to pay for car parking, but otherwise like the resort,

Amazing location, but dont expect a luxury stay.

Location! Has kitchen which is great.

Old property. Blankets were ripped. Hot water takes forever as have to waste lots of water before it even starts. Ripped couches. No carpets.

Convenient location, but needs renovations

Very convenient place to stay, dog friendly with enclosed dog area. Suites are very spacious.

The rooms need renovation, the heater is very noisy, and very loud. Bathrooms are also old, the toilet was loose.

Staff was not nice at check in, I felt discriminated. I arrived at 3 and asked for a courtesy early check in - my child was sick and the drive there was long. They denied it and said I have to wait until 4. They may call if they can give me my room sooner. I stayed in the lobby waiting as more visitors arrived and i noticed they were getting their keys ( before 4pm). I spoke up with assistant manager and she just repeated herself saying that maybe my room was not available. As a guest I do not know this and to me you were giving other staff priority. My child and I waited more than 1 hour in lobby and my child threw up. Staff showed NO compassion. Room curtains dirty rug was wet mattress on pull out couch was dirty

I’d pay more for a better comfort and staff who actually want to seem like they want to do their job

Closeness to accessing the town and the gondolas, no need to drive once you are there

They gave me date for room service, it didn’t happen, we were on the bottom floor and people above were loud stompers so no peace, bed in room with 2 was like a taco and mattress was terrible and rolled in with 2 people in the bed , soap dispensers fell off wall in showers so couldn’t use them, towel rail loose on guest bathroom, bath wouldn’t drain and seemed like it was clogged kitchen utensils minimal so hard to cook yourself, glass door in living room didn’t actually shut properly so always had a bit of a cool gust which made air con kick in so frequently. Breakfast was very average

Great location for family fun

The location was fantastic! Loved being able to walk to the gondola each day. We didn't get to take advantage of all the resort events because Heavenly Village was so crowded over the holidays, we ended up eating dinner around 4PM when the events started. We made it to one wine tasting and the hot chocolate bar. Breakfast was fantastic.

The rooms were somewhat dated in terms of kitchen cabinets, but the worst part of the older rooms was the outlets. Our plugs fell out of most of the outlets. You had to work to find the *sweet spot* where the plus would stay in the outlet to charge. It worked, it was just a hassle.

The location is excellent. The resort is right behind the village near the stores and restaurants. Wonderful convenience to walk to grab dinner or head to the casinos for fun (arcade). Great location close to the Heavenly Gondola for skiing/riding. The rooms were clean and decently decorated. Great choice on the wood looking flooring. Lots of room to hang out and eat and watch TV. The king bed was comfortable. The sofa bed was a little bumpy, as reported by family member who slept on it. The bathroom was comfortable the shower water flow was excellent. The staff were always helpful and courteous, making sure our needs are met. The breakfasts were excellent each day I stayed. Eggs, Sausage and bacon were tasty. Nice creativity with the chorizo eggs and the breakfast sandwiches. Seeing good effort by the restaurant staff.

The loud heater. I guess I could have used the ear plugs the resort provided. The flooring in the bathroom could use an update. Suggest to also remodel the bathroom cabinets and kitchen cabinets; update the door knobs.

Housekeeping services are not good. We stayed for 5 nights and there was one housekeeping service and they only changed towels. Didn’t do any cleaning, didn’t even make the bed.

5 Stars. Perfectly located 1 block away from all the noise and traffic. Close to everything, but quiet enough to feel like we were in a quiet, calm, low-traffic area. The staff was so nice and accommodating. The 2-bedroom suites were perfect for our group. Usually, we rent a house because we don't like the hustle and bustle of hotels. This was a perfect compromise.

Great location and staff

The staff at the front desk are very nice. They were all very friendly and definitely very helpful. They have assisted us in many ways and they're always smiling and attentive. The property is a bit on the older side. But that is OK because it's really inexpensive and a good value.

Everything at the property has a price. When you check in, you are given a list of all the extras that you can pay for. I wish Parking was free. Breakfast can definitely be improved.

We were disappointed, the Booking.com description was misleading.

The front desk staff were not helpful. Our condo was not ready, we had to wait past the check-in time, then when we demanded the keys to our rental we were put into a different condo. The kitchen was disgusting - no ice, no ice cube trays, no dishwasher, the refrigerator door wouldn't open all the way as it was jammed again the baseboard. The electric fireplace turned on but kept flashing an error signal so it was not usable. The toilet in the master bedroom was jammed in between the shower and the toilet paper holder to the point you couldn't get to the toilet paper without removing it from the holder. The HVAC was extremely noisy. Burned out light bulbs. Would not recommend this resort.

Just what I needed to get away and unwind, I love being in the mountains.

The location was great. The hot tub was very nice, a bit too cold for swimming but it was kept up for those who did want to. Breakfast was hearty and delicious with plenty of options.

I did change rooms. The plugs in the bedroom were very old and worn out. Even the lamps that were plugged in didn’t stay in the plug without the nightstand pushed up against it to hold it in. It presents a fire hazard. The room I went to did not have that problem.

The place is so dirty. No one care about the parking. We got wheelchair but end up cannot get out because someone parked next to us and that spot is not even a parking. But no one care. The restroom no circulation. We were planning to use the pool, but we saw rats were swimming too. The fitness room so old and the restroom super dirty. Everything so old, so dirty.
