Convenient location and comfortable stay in South Lake Tahoe.

We enjoyed our stay here and would come back again. Location is very ideal with short drive to South Lake Tahoe sites and restaurants. Very helpful to have a small kitchenette. Unit is modestly renovated.

Bathroom and shower is very small and tight and need some updating.

Clean rooms.

It’s just not a good sign when you pull in and see the pool is drained. It’s a sign of other things. The lock on our door kept saying low battery. We notified the staff but they didn’t fix it while we were there. Outside furniture is in disrepair full of cobweb and dirty. Room was clean but very uncomfortable overall. No working heater so it was freezing , no extra blankets. Walks are thin so you hear Everything your neighbors are saying and doing at all hours of the night. The bathrooms are tiny and it took awhile to figure out the shower faucet. It seemed to be either cold or very hot. The pictures of the facility are deceiving.

The worse nigh of my life in Tahoe.

I don't really know. Maybe how are builded the room they look like individual cabins.

I had the worse night of my life. When I made my reservation I paid close attention to what we supposed to have in the room. Three of the things that were importan to me were. AC, Coffee and stove because my room was a like a suit. We checked in around 8:30 but not one was there to receive us. They left our key in the lobby. Witch probably was good but oh surprise. We didn't have AC, coffee maker not even stove so the last two wasn't a problem at all. The worse part was not having AC there was a lot of mosquitos so we couldn't leave the windows open because the windows don't have screen. We had a fan but it wasn't enough. I didn't sleep well. To have a cherry on top I was going to check out but not one was a the lobby. So today is Tuesday evening we left the room yesterday around 8 am and they haven't send me my receipt for the night we spend there. I don't like there service. Room was dirty a lot of cobwebs shower had mold. I got that hotel because they have good reviews but to be honest in winter time probably will be a good option because they have heater but summer be aware they have some rooms with not AC. The last couple years weather had been changing.

The location is the only good thing.

Everything else. It was not as pictured. The room was filthy-full of dead bugs and tree pollen as the door did not seal all of the way. The pool was emptied. The shower was gross. The room smelled like stale cigarettes. There were not staff members to assist us in person.

Not worthy my money.

It had a small kitchen that the stove did not work.

The room was a good size, but the restroom door was hard to open because it would hit the bed. It was like one foot to go inside. The only air circulation in the room is a fan that did not work, too. I had to ask for something because it was hot, so they gave us a small fan. There were spiders in your room, too. The bathroom was small, and the shower was tiny, too.
