    OYO Times Square has one major advantage: its fantastic location right in the heart of Manhattan! You're just steps away from Times Square, Broadway, restaurants, shopping, and public transportation. For exploring New York City, the location is absolutely unbeatable. However, the room itself was disappointing. It was extremely small, the bed wasn't particularly comfortable, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud. The lack of proper soundproofing also made it difficult to enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Even the shower gel provided was ridiculously tiny! I understand that this is a budget-friendly hotel in one of the most expensive areas of NYC, and I certainly wasn't expecting luxury. However, a comfortable bed and a reasonably quiet room should still be basic expectations. Now, what truly made my stay special was MARIA at the front desk! ❤️ She is genuinely the friendliest New Yorker I've met during my trip! I absolutely LOVE her energy, personality, and positive vibe. She's incredibly warm, welcoming, and full of life. In a city as busy as New York, meeting someone like Maria is truly refreshing. Maria deserves 10 stars for her hospitality alone! She's an absolute gem, and OYO Times Square is lucky to have her. Thank you, Maria, for making my stay feel more welcoming and memorable! At the end of the day, I booked this hotel for its location, not to spend all day inside the room. I'm in NYC to explore the city, not sit in a hotel! Overall, I would recommend OYO Times Square to budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location over comfort. Just manage your expectations regarding room size, noise, and sleeping comfort. The location is fantastic, the rooms need improvement, but Maria's wonderful hospitality deserves special recognition!

    Rooms are way smaller than they look in the photos. And not at all value for money. The front desk lady (one of them) is quite difficult and rude. Doesn’t know here job.
