    Hotel was great right outside of the theater district. Convenient to everything. Very modern. Breakfast was included but absolutely not very good at all. The bread was like a rock. And if you're closed your eyes you would not know you were eating sausage. And the hoards of people act like they haven't eaten for two weeks. Other than the breakfast everything else was great

    Great hotel overall! Like most hotels in New York City, the rooms are on the smaller side, but that's to be expected. The location is the biggest highlight—it's in an excellent spot and makes it easy to get around the city. The only downside is the elevators, which can get quite busy, so you may have to wait during peak times. Aside from that, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

    Brilliant location central to everything. Rooms were small but that’s normal for New York and provided everything you could need. Free breakfast was ok and had enough options to be able to set you up for the day - good perk to be included! We didn’t get chance to visit the rooftop bar as hours were quite limited.

    I had a less-than-fantastic stay at this property. I'm not sure if it was because I stayed over the Memorial Day holiday, but the crowd was absolutely crazy and felt like way too much for the hotel to handle. Due to ongoing construction, the concierge desk was also handling guests from another nearby hotel, which added to the chaos. The lifts were horribly slow with the large volume of people; you constantly see crowds packed around the first-floor landing just trying to get into an elevator. During breakfast hours, I actually had to wait 10 minutes just to get a lift from my room floor down to the ground floor. The room cleanliness wasn't up to par either—I spotted hair on the floor, and the bedsheets did not feel crispy clean. The worst part, however, was the extremely poor water pressure on the 11th floor. It made showering a real challenge with just a trickle of water. Having stayed at the Hard Rock, Hyatt Centric, and Tempo in this exact same vicinity, I have to say this was the most uncomfortable hotel stay of them all.
