    我訂咗 Compat Queen - City View 房型，房間唔算大，乾濕分離，尚算乾淨，可以同時打開兩個大篋。職員好友善，感覺好 welcoming。酒店位置好方便，附近有地鐵同巴士站，周邊亦有唔少餐廳同商店。唯一唔好嘅係冷氣機有啲嘈，會一陣嘈一陣靜，淺眠嘅人可能會覺得有影響。 今次住每晚有USD10 food/ drink credit, 有時間可以喺樓下飲返杯 。 I booked a Compat Queen - City View room. The room isn’t big, but the layout is practical, with a separate wet and dry bathroom. It was reasonably clean and had enough space to open two large suitcases. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The location is super convenient, with metro and bus stops nearby, plus plenty of restaurants and shops around. The only downside was the air-conditioning, which was a bit noisy and kept turning on and off, which might be an issue for light sleepers. This stay has included a USD10 food and drink credit per night in this stay. It’s nice to grab a drink downstairs if you have time.

    I booked a Queen room with sofa bed which is what the description clearly states but it is a murphy bed - a queen which converts to a sofa bed. Hotel staff had no interest in correcting their error.

    Among hotels in the Times Square area, Motto by Hilton offers excellent value for money, though the rooms are undeniably compact. The daily *** property credit included in the rate is a thoughtful touch. However, service consistency needs improvement. One female bartender was notably rude when I attempted to use the credit for a drink, leaving a poor impression. The experience was discouraging enough that I chose not to redeem the credit for the remainder of my stay. Overall, a well-priced and conveniently located property, but hospitality standards should better align with Hilton’s brand expectations.
