After we checked out, the staff at the door didn't help me take out my luggage, even though he saw that I was carrying several bags and was alone holding it all.

Great place to stay. Few steps from Time Square and other attractions like Rockefeller Center, 5th Avenue, broadway theaters, etc. Near subway stations as well. Reception is accommodating ang there's bar to enjoy drinks and relax. Lots of food options nearby.

I love the staff, very friendly. Bed so comfy, very clean, good smell of the hotel and rooms. Almost perfect. We loved our stay.

Among hotels in the Times Square area, Motto by Hilton offers excellent value for money, though the rooms are undeniably compact. The daily *** property credit included in the rate is a thoughtful touch. However, service consistency needs improvement. One female bartender was notably rude when I attempted to use the credit for a drink, leaving a poor impression. The experience was discouraging enough that I chose not to redeem the credit for the remainder of my stay. Overall, a well-priced and conveniently located property, but hospitality standards should better align with Hilton’s brand expectations.
