Staff were wonderful. The room was clean, well organized given the NYC size. Housekeeping was excellent. Thank you for a delightful stay. Location has the benefit of multiple subway lines to get access around the city. Also an easy walk to 5th Ave and Central Park.
Nothing. They were great.

The room was very clean and quiet. The location is great. and close to many subway stations. The staff were friendly.
The only thing I didn’t like was the sink in the bathroom. It was hard to wash your face just because it’s such a small little area and the faucet is kinda awkward but other than that everything else was great.

The location is absolutely fantastic, and the rooftop restaurant offers an incredible view of Times Square. The hotel was very clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.
The room was so ridiculously small that there was barely enough space to put down a backpack, let alone a suitcase.
The elevators were another major problem. Sometimes we had to wait around 10 minutes for one, only for it to stop on every floor on the way down, with people crammed inside like sardines in a can. This was incredibly frustrating and made getting in and out of the hotel unnecessarily time-consuming.
