    Great location and easy access to all the main touristy locations as well as the Metro. Very friendly staff and no issues with the hotel or room as well. We had a family deluxe room (two queens) and managed fine. The only thing I never understand is why hotels cannot put doors which lock fully and have a non-see through door - very weird in my opinion. Other than that would definitely recommend for people who want to stay in the centre of where its all happening.

    This Hotel was great, and the location was perfect for first time travelers. Right next to Times Square, but our room was still quiet. Great bars and restaurants, really enjoyed the rooftop bar.

    The hotel charged me destination fees and taxes upon checkout, although the booking on Agoda said that all fees and taxes are included in the payment to Agoda
