Tempo By Hilton New York Times Square

Great location. Staff very welcoming and helpful. Hotel was extremely clean and comfortable. We were on the 33 floor. Great view and was quiet even when Times Square was extremely busy at night.

A bit hard to find as the lobby is on the 11th floor and signage is limited or lost in the chaos of the Times Square location. My only complaint is the urban resort fee was not explained before booking and it was unclearly explained as to what it entailed and how much it would cost as I checked in. At that point I had no choice. It appeared as an additional $92.06 charge on my credit card for 1 night.

Great location, very clean, friendly staff, and excellent security. I felt safe throughout my stay and would definitely stay here again.

The only downside was that I couldn't reach the front desk to let them know about my late arrival—the phone rang for several minutes both times I called without an answer. The restaurant was also a bit overpriced, although the daily restaurant allowance helped offset the cost.

Door staff were amazing and so helpful. Room was visually appealing but had lots of other issues

The check in staff we had were rude and dismissive to us and other people in the queue. Elevator fobs did not work so we had to keep calling security to let us in. There is no soundproofing in the room so you can hear everything outside the room and also outside on the street. Sirens and shouting were heard all night long. I paid extra for a nice room with a times square view and it was great but I felt like my money had been wasted due to the overall bad experience. Kinda ruined my trip to NYC :/
