    Pros · Prime location – steps from Broadway, restaurants, subway, and major attractions · Front desk staff – helpful, friendly, and quick with check-in/check-out · Responsive team – requests handled promptly (e.g., got a room with a roll-in toilet as asked) Cons / Issues · Shower design flaw – drain placed in the middle, causing water to flood the entire bathroom floor · Sink too small – water splashes everywhere during normal use · No floor mat – not provided until the very last day of the stay (slippery hazard) Verdict Great for sightseeing and service, but bathroom design & maintenance details need serious improvement.

    We had a wonderful stay at Hilton Times Square! The location is excellent — very convenient and close to almost everything. Target is just across the hotel, which made it very easy for us to buy essentials during our trip. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and housekeeping was always friendly and helpful. We also loved how accessible the hotel is to restaurants, shops, and tourist spots around Times Square. Overall, a very convenient and comfortable stay for families visiting New York. 😊

    Such a wonderful experience staying at Hilton Times Square ✨ The location was unbeatable, the room was incredibly comfortable, and the entire atmosphere felt welcoming from the moment I arrived. After long days exploring NYC, it truly felt like the perfect place to recharge. A heartfelt thank you to Ms. KAYLA for the exceptional hospitality and kindness throughout my stay. Your warm service genuinely made this trip even more special 🖤 So grateful to have spent part of my birthday trip in New York with such beautiful memories 🇺🇸

    I have been to hundreds of hotels, including fairfields marriot near hilton times square. I happened to even arrive 7am and I was checked in without questions. at Hilton, I was asked for 100usd for early check in even it was 1pm. I went to beg once after a long flight and my 65 years old mom, at 130pm and other operator told me 50usd for early check in. this kinda money asking to customers makes this hotel cheap. not coming back here for the simple fact of asking me for 50 bucks at 130pm. I get better tratment in other places and I feel more welcome in similar company brands. Hilton shoud be ashamed of the money begging. pay 100 and after 30 minutes pay 50 bucks, sounds so hungry,,,totally not a 5 stars behaviour. Don't come here with your 65 years old mom, they will make you wait until 4pm, ELSE START BEGGING FOR CASH
