    The rooms and facilities are all good. Water Kettle is not available in the room. Washroom has got no lock system. Wardrobe space is very limited. Location / other facilities are all GOOD to enjoy.

    All good. The only challenge is a busy times, the breakfast seating area is probably slightly too small for the size of the hotel and so there can be a short queue.

    we locked 2 cellphones on the safety box and forgot to take it when we checked out. contacted hotel staff and they found it and promised to mail to us... but when the package arrived, only 1 phone is being delivered and 1 was lost... the hotel claimed they shipped 2 phones but we only received 1. the hotel was not reliable on how they handled this matter
