The location was great. The housekeeping was pleasant. Staff was friendly and welcoming. Liked having a guard at the street level entrance. Felt safe. Enjoyed the complimentary coffee. Liked having a safe in the room. The bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable. There were 4 elevators and they moved quickly. The shower was great no problem getting the temperature to warm.
The body soap was empty in the shower when we arrived. Hard to wash your hands and face in the sink because the water flow is very minimal.

Great location. Modern and we'll designed.
Dirty rooms. Noisy air conditioned. Despite having available rooms they do not let us in at 1pm. They asked for additional 75 usd. No cold water in the room, only very hot. No streaming service on TV!
