1..Check in Staff was unable to locate my booking and made me wait to clear the Q, instead of finding my booking 2..No Water bottles available at the reception 3..Breakfast was limited and Restricted 4..Room Service was slow

The hotel's location is perfect. The main attractions are easily and quickly accessible on foot or by metro. There are many lines nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay.

Of the three elevators, sometimes only one was working, and even that one was extremely slow. We often chose to take the stairs instead. The breakfast was simply awful and is by far the hotel's biggest weakness. There was very little choice, and almost everything on offer was unhealthy, ultra-processed food. On some days, the only options were a few sweet pastries and nothing else. There were never any vegetables, and fruit was limited to the occasional banana. Avoid to pay for it and eat out instead.

Location was perfect, it was very clean and safe and staff was great.

the elevator was broken and I had to climb 19 flights of stairs (it was a real nightmare)
