    Great place in the middle of everything in Times Square. The space is small but it is very well thought.

    Besides the pretty furniture and facilities, everything else was a miss. Staff were inattentive and it felt like they didn't want to be there. Staff were dismissive while checking in, and were nearly non-existent when trying to retrieve my luggage from bag check. Elevators consistently took forever. No water bottles provided, grooming kit, etc. Worse of all, the NOISE. I could hear all the doors slam and people talking from the hallway from inside my room. I was beyond sleep deprived.
