The hotel couldn’t find our VRBO reservation so check in took about 20 minutes. The room was clean, comfortable and small. Check out was complicated by the fact that only one of the two very small elevators was operating and car after car was full. We almost had to walk down nine stories with our bags in order to check out in time. The location is good if you like being half a block from Times Square.
