Not much to fault. The hotel offers very good value for money and is a solid 4-star option for New York City.
8 / 10Excellent·Sep 2026
The rooms are very comfortable and roomy.
Well the elevator is insanely slow, just 2 elevator working, the lines to be checking are crazy also 2 persons working at the front desk. The bathroom was dirty and the ac too.

The location.
The room lacks basic amenities (for example, there is no mini-fridge or coffee machine). Anyone can access the elevator and select any floor, as there is no key card access control. The hotel is very busy and lacks adequate security. I stayed on a lower floor (the 4th floor), which was very noisy. The were fire alarm tests twice during the week I stayed at the hotel.
