The cleanliness and the thoughtfulness. Down to the plush robes, towels, slippers, water, everything was perfect and clean! I loved this hotel. I’m making this the hotel I stay at every time I come to new york
Nothing. Everything was literally perfect.

Very noisy and crowded area lots of disturbing lights from outside.

The clean fresh smell, location, peace and quiet, clean white room, I feel safe and protected
PLEASE make it more affordable for senior citizens to stay at your hotel. Ideally, I would love to come visit New York City once a month to see plays, museums, parks, culture activities. I am on a fixed income and would love to stay at my absolute favorite hotel. Occasionally I would like to bring my grandchildren to take a tour of New York and stay with me at your hotel. I am not sure if you have a slow season, in which the room rates a lowered for families. Your hotel is not a cookie cutter hotel like the Marriott, and I appreciate and love it!

This hotel is well located on Times Square.
There’s 24 hours’ noise that can be heard on the highest level in the room. This building was converted from an office to a hotel, so a room is small and a bathroom is open and close to a bed.
