Great place to stay after or before a long flight.

Clean and comfortable, free shuttle service was good.

Breakfast could have had more fresh fruit/vegetable options, I wouldn’t recommend this as a base to explore Vancouver, more for convenient airport stays.

Breakfast was good and filling. And the airport shuttle made the hotel convenient. Plus if you are a costco member, it is just beside the hotel.

The perfect place to stay after a long haul flight.

The room was spacious, nicely renovated and had everything we needed. We had asked for a quiet room after a long haul flight and that is what we were given. The views from our room were quite nice too. Having breakfast included was great. Love the fact that they use Dove products in their units.

Returning from remote camping on North Vancouver Island I needed some civilization before boarding my flight home. I had stayed in a few other accommodations along the trip, none had air conditioning but were otherwise very nice albeit with a legacy vibe. This franchise location is very close to the airport with a free shuttle. It is very clean, feels very new in its fabrics, fixtures and equipment. My rooms climate control was spot on, the shower and washroom are very clean, the breakfast opened at 6AM which was convenient given my early departure. Breakfast was normal franchise buffet but it was a very robust selection. You are wanting for nothing. I was on seventh floor, I never heard other guests at all, slept very well. The public areas are trendy enough but very utilitarian, the rooms are very nice, clean modern design, everything worked as it should. Window coverings include a blackout shade and a privacy diffuser screen that lets lots of light in and provides privacy if that's what you desire. There is a Costco across the street which was handy. There are several great dining options nearby. I walked 10 minutes to a very trendy finer dining spot The Story Cafe and Eatery. Great steak after 5PM.

There is nothing I would improve. Literally everything was as it should be.

A quick stay before a cruise!

Hotel /room was clean , staff was friendly, free coffee /water, and an excellent breakfast. Shuttle driver from the airport was great. We went to the cruise port on the sky train. Ideal. Affordable location.

Great place to stay near Vancouver airport

The room was a good size. The bed was large and really comfy. Great shower. Breakfast was a little cold by the time we got there around 8.30 and not much seating available. Great sound proofing being right on the flight path. Shuttle service exceptional. Even at 12.30am. Would definitely recommend.

It exceeded my expectations in several areas. First and foremost, the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. The rooms and common areas were spotless, which made my stay even more enjoyable. It’s clear that the management prioritizes cleanliness, and it made me feel at home. The spaciousness of the rooms was another highlight. We appreciated having plenty of room to move around and relax after a long day of exploring the area. It truly added to the comfort of our stay. One of the standout features of this hotel is the friendly staff. Every team member we encountered was welcoming, helpful, and genuinely seemed to care about making our stay pleasant. Their positive attitude definitely contributed to an overall great experience. The location of the hotel is fantastic as well. It's conveniently situated near several attractions, making it easy to explore the area without the hassle of long commutes. Lastly, we are happy with the breakfast offered.

Beautiful hotel in a noisy location

Breakfast was delicious - easy to get to and cooked well. The bed we had was super cozy, and the room was very clean and fresh. I loved that we were within walking distance to Moxie’s and weren’t too far from the airport after a long flight.

I didn’t love that there was no access to an ice maker on the main level, and I had a harder time sleeping due to all of the traffic noise in the area - flight path and public transit tracks. The hotel included a noise maker in our room to counteract that very issue (which was helpful but not enough). Next time I’d bring ear plugs.

Fairly good location - close to sky train station 10 mins walk. Very friendly n helpful asian lady housekeeping cleaner. Breakfast ok. Good Chinese restaurant across the road.

Nice but would not come again

Clean and nicely remodeled.

They should have invested in better windows/drywall to block out sound. Road noise was very loud in the room and kept me awake. They put a “sound conditioner” in the room, so they must be aware of the issue.

Thanks for your hospitality. Nancy? Stacy? Sorry. I am not good at remembering names, but a woman at the front welcomed me with such a high quality service. I am sure that she has a passion to work at the hotel. Everything was nice and perfect. Thank you so much. Airport shuttle was nice and the hotel is near from the Bridgeport. You can visit Gordon Ramsay's steak house and Costco in a walking distance.
