Staff was friendly, place was clean, bed was comfortable. Check-in/out was smooth.

Waited for shuttle for half an hour and called hotel twice for whereabouts. It never showed up, hotel staff reimbursed cost of taxi ride.

Last minute booking due to cancelled flight. Hotel was expecting us & check in was very efficient. The hotel is still new & the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was very good & included in the price. 5 minutes by shuttle to the airport.

Great location, not far off from the airport or convenience stores.

Small dining area. No lunch nor dinner services. Plus you have to buy the water you need every time. Key card works for only your floor. Plus you can’t take the stairs if you wanted to go up or down.

The perfect place to stay after a long haul flight.

The room was spacious, nicely renovated and had everything we needed. We had asked for a quiet room after a long haul flight and that is what we were given. The views from our room were quite nice too. Having breakfast included was great. Love the fact that they use Dove products in their units.

Returning from remote camping on North Vancouver Island I needed some civilization before boarding my flight home. I had stayed in a few other accommodations along the trip, none had air conditioning but were otherwise very nice albeit with a legacy vibe. This franchise location is very close to the airport with a free shuttle. It is very clean, feels very new in its fabrics, fixtures and equipment. My rooms climate control was spot on, the shower and washroom are very clean, the breakfast opened at 6AM which was convenient given my early departure. Breakfast was normal franchise buffet but it was a very robust selection. You are wanting for nothing. I was on seventh floor, I never heard other guests at all, slept very well. The public areas are trendy enough but very utilitarian, the rooms are very nice, clean modern design, everything worked as it should. Window coverings include a blackout shade and a privacy diffuser screen that lets lots of light in and provides privacy if that's what you desire. There is a Costco across the street which was handy. There are several great dining options nearby. I walked 10 minutes to a very trendy finer dining spot The Story Cafe and Eatery. Great steak after 5PM.

The room was a good size. The bed was large and really comfy. Great shower. Breakfast was a little cold by the time we got there around 8.30 and not much seating available. Great sound proofing being right on the flight path. Shuttle service exceptional. Even at 12.30am. Would definitely recommend.
