Very spacious room. The domestic staff are very respectful compared to some of the front desk staffs where their reception is very poor. Like Cindy one of front house staff was not welcoming and put no smiles in serving customers. Even when my airport shuttle arrived, she couldn't say bye. Very bad of her. Breakfast was good. Driver of airport shuttle was polite and helpful.

Getting the airport shuttle to pick me up at the airport was a nightmare. I called ahead of time to make sure I had all of the details correct. I went to the correct location and called to let them know I was there, per their instructions. I verified exactly where I was and the receptionist said, "don't worry he will find you and he will be there in 3 minutes." I waited about 20 minutes and he never showed. I called again and she said she would call the driver to see where he was. I never heard back so I called yet again and she said he was in the wrong spot and thought I was upstairs???! Even though I had confirmed I was in the correct location during my first call. He finally showed up 45 minutes later. I understand the shuttle is free, but waiting 45 minutes when I was quoted 3 minutes and the fact that I had to call REPEATEDLY is not acceptable. No one apologized or anything either. I missed breakfast that day at the hotel due to their delays and I was conveniently scheduled before breakfast to return to the airport, even though I asked for a later time. The return to the airport was messed up as well. I checked out of the hotel and told the receptionist that I would be outside waiting at the shuttle. The driver finally comes out and said they had been calling my room looking for me. Horrible shuttle service. Hotel was fine otherwise. Would not stay here again.

Room was not as expected. Stayed for a week for work. Was expecting a couch in the room for comfortable sitting but only an uncomfortable chair was provided. Bath tub has a weird bottom. If not careful stepping or turning around can easily lose your balance and fall. My husband who uses a cane did lose his balance and fell.

I felt the property had a good location however the rooms were very small. Asked front desk for an extra towel was refused all quests get one large one small towel only. Shower was leaky would use a towel for the floor. Coffe replacement wasn’t consistent and elevator broke and needed to carry our luggage down for floors to check in
