It was a block or so from Old Montreal in one direction and about 2 blocks from the Metro in the other direction. We didn't think we would be able to see everything we wanted to but the location of the hotel made it all possible!
The only critism I have is the TV. It seemed like maybe the remotes in the other rooms may have been interfering with our remote. Our Tv would randomly change stations or turn on and off. The only other explanation is a ghost lol

Most of the staff was very nice. The rooms were very clean and great location
Two of staff was very rude, the 1st one came to the room the day before we were leaving (Saturday morning) ask us to check out, and I expressed to her that we were staying until Sunday. She stayed she'll look into it but she never came back. I assume they would have check before she came to the room and asked us to check out.
The 2nd person was at the front desk during check out. There were two young ladies. One seen to new in her role and needed some assistance the other you g lady did assistance her but after she was done she didn't assit the next person. I had an ride waiting for me and I ask that young lady that was just sitting thier if she could take my keys and check us out about 939 am. After a couple of hours I called back due to me not receiving and email for check out. They finally check us out after I called about 1158 am, with that being aware and nice goes a long way

Breakfast and happy hour were fine. Hotel was quite expensive so this helped a bit however if I were staying in Montreal for any length of time with my family I would not stay here. Felt like it was more designed for business people rather than people travelling.
Check in took quite a while.
