    The room is cozy, convenient hotel, just a bit dark but overall very clean. No toothbrush, tooth paste, comb, slippers and laundry bag, complimentary water bottles, need to bring yours.

    This place is a gem. Location is walking distance to Old Montreal, China Town and St. Catherine St which has underground shopping and restaurants. Breakfast was good. We had a vehicle and parked up the street in a lot. Would definitely stay here again.

    Hotel Zero1, is centrally located to all major attractions and transit connectivity. The hotel and their staff are very friendly and accommodating. Overall we had a great experience staying there during our visit and would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking for a great experience at a budget friendly price.

    Je ne sais pas qui forme le personnel à la réception, mais il y a place à amélioration. Aucun “bonjour”, “merci”, “tout était à votre goût?”, bref la BASE du service à la clientèle. Le préposé au petit déjeuner (lequel ne vaut pas les 23$), ne sait même pas dire bonjour et merci en français. On est à Montréal! Service à la clientèle unilingue anglais? C’est un choix que Hôtel Zéro1 a fait. Je ne vois pas comment ni pourquoi j’encouragerais quiconque à y séjourner. On peut trouver la même qualité de séjour à ce prix, avec un bien meilleur service.
