The service was great! They upgraded me to a junior executive suite from the king roo. I reserved due to a housekeeping issue. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of downtown and old Montreal. It's location was close to all the tourist spots in the city and the jazz festival venues. They have their own parking garage at a reasonable per day price.
You get housekeeping only if you stay more than a week. You can get supplies, sheets and towels on request.

The price for the room was really nice. It was great that the room had its own kitchen. The location was close by to where my conference was held and also near grocery stores.
I understand this is out of your control, but it was a little confusing how there were 2 hotels next to each other that shared elevators, but we weren't able to use both of them. A little inconvenient for the rooms on the other side of the hotel. That is just being nitpicky though, everything was great.

All staff were helpful. Housekeepers cleaned the room well. The facility was efficient.
The steps infront of the entrance was not in good condition.
