    I enjoyed the stay in Spark hotel. It would be even better if the water kettle or coffee machine ( with tea or coffee ) is provided inside the room .

    We went into our room only to have trouble with the TV. I called the front desk and later found out that the TV was actually broken, and I was asked if I wanted to be moved to a different room. I said yes, and they asked us to go to the front desk to get the key to the other room, so I sent my husband out, but at the front desk, they told my husband that they didn’t see our payment in their system. However, they mentioned during our check-in that we had already paid, and they needed my card for the deposit. Made me wonder what the confusion was all about. My husband showed them the receipt, but it took around 20 mins for us to be moved to a different room. What’s disappointing was we were moved to a much smaller room without a bathtub. Different from what I had booked. I hope they handle situations better next time. As sometimes it causes frustration, especially for those who have traveled a long way. The only thing I liked about the place was how warm one of their employees was during breakfast. I think her name was josef or something. SHE DESERVES A RAISE! She’s literally going over and beyond her duties to make sure we all have a great and memorable stay.
