The location was great and for the most part, the room and appliances were functional. The sheets and towels provided were clean. Front desk, housekeeping, and the breakfast crew were all pleasant to interact with. The breakfast was decent as well.
The carpet was pretty stained and dingy, the toilet seemed like it limped along every time it flushed, and the bedroom had no AC along with windows with no screens so the options for the guests staying in there were to either get sweaty at night or invite the bugs in. My guests chose the bugs.

Hotel is very convenient located between the old town and the shopping mile. Breakfast was fine though the little room can get very croweded. Our rooms was dark but clean. Loved the free orange infused free water at the reception.

Location.
Poor breakfast options. Rooms were very dark. No proper lighting. Cleaning was not upto the standard.

Nice and friendly staff, proximity to china town and old montreal.
Noisy aircons, room card malfunctions, room and hallway carpets need general cleaning, constructions around hotel, messy surroundings.
