    We were with another family in a family suite for 2 days before booking another room. RAVE: Family suite was huge! We’re 6 and so much space. The next room we booked was also huge and clean. Decent breakfast options. Location is great! RANT: the restroom situation became a challenge. Extra 2-pc bathroom would be nice. One of the beds had stains. We requested for bedding for the sofa bed and towels for the rest of the family. The staff dropped off the bedding but left the suite door unlocked! We didn’t lose anything (thank God) but the towels never arrived. My husband had to request in person and waited to get them. Price could be better compared to other nearby hotels (though not sure of the size of their rooms).

    We were very surprised when we arrived at Hotel Faubourg as the entrance from outside is not very welcoming. The Queen suite is very spacious however the well appointed kitchen has no cooking facilities , no crockery and no cutlery. When I asked the staff about this they informed us they were a disposable hotel. This was a real sock considering today’s environment. We did request a kettle which was brought to our room but I can’t say we enjoyed our tea in paper cups. The location of the hotel is very good for getting around Montreal and the breakfast was an added bonus .
