    Downgraded on check-in to a room not in photos, woman checking us in extremely rude for no rational reason & obvious lie about hotel being full.. Room had smell like dog kennel, cream for coffee in room all spoiled, made my wife sick. Stayed 7 days front was always rude all part timers, young students, no management ever present.
