We loved the beautiful room and amazing views and the desk staff were incredibly helpful. Excellent location central to all and across from a beautiful park.
The weekend breakfast staff were undertrained and we ended up having to ask several times for coffee or juice or water. The weekday breakfast staff were fantastic and efficient. Having so many front doors locked around the hotel is also slightly frustrating at the end of a long day.

Good Location. Nice room and really nice breakfast. But we would have liked the breakfast service to start before 7:00, because our tour to Quebec started at 7:00. We did however get one breakfast box for one person, but as we were 4 people, this was not enough.

This is a decent hotel but no more than that
When I checked in the TV in my room didn't work. After I was assigned another room the front desk called to tell me I now had a more expensive room so I had to pay extra ! When I disagreed, they told me I had to move back to the room with the broken TV.
I refused, but this was a very unpleasant experience.
Neighborhood is not great. Breakfast mediocre.
