Location was good. Staff were accommodating. Breakfast was okay.

The breakfast had a lot of variety, though being a coeliac is a bit challenging for me. With the options available to me, the kitchen staff helped me as best they could and specifically prepared eggs for me with GF bread. The young girl was very good and made sure she checked all the food labels for gluten contamination.
The pillows were a little soft.

We really enjoyed our stay! The staff was always friendly, polite, and helpful, and they were happy to answer all our questions. We would gladly stay here again!

The district was a bit dodgy overall though it was easily reachable by public transport. The hotel and the decor felt more like an upmarket youth hostel - not quite what was expected from the brand. WiFi was OK though not always working optimally.
