We appreciated the complimentary earplugs. The place was clean and central to many areas, close to a metro hub. Staff are pleasant and helpful.

La chambre est très agréable et le lit est confortable. Tout est parfait, particulièrement le service exceptionnel de Ryan et Zakiya à la réception. Votre accueil a vraiment rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable!
    9.2 / 10Outstanding·Oct 2026
The hotel is in a great location near the metro and easy access to buses downtown which was perfect for a work trip. The room was basic but very clean and the AC and everything worked. There is a bit of noise from the neighbourhood and the hallways but with the AC on and I use white noise so I had no trouble and there were no major incidents the doors just close loudly. I would stay again, the hotel was easy to find, clean and the staff friendly.

On the first night, the toilet was clogged and the water overflowed. We weren’t offered a room change, so a technician had to come and unclog it. It was quite noisy at night. I had already requested a quiet room, but the soundproofing wasn’t very good. The bathroom door was also defective and couldn’t be locked. The room was on the fourth floor, but we had to carry our luggage up the stairs from the third floor. The stairs were quite steep, making it inconvenient to carry large suitcases. The only advantage was that the room was relatively cheap.
