    Very disappointing experience at LeLux Hotel. We booked a king room with AC and other amenities, but when we arrived, we were told that the available room had no AC. We were only given the option to accept it or cancel for a full refund. It was also a very rainy day, and the room had no window that could be opened for fresh air, so it would have been hot and uncomfortable. In the end, we had to book another hotel at the last minute. Very frustrating experience, especially since we had already made a reservation expecting the room we booked.

    Very disappointing experience. The air conditioner was not working, and when we reported it, the staff told us to find another place to stay if we could not accept the situation. No alternative or proper solution was initially offered. After further discussion, they agreed to move us to another room the next day, but still could not guarantee that the air conditioning would work. The hygiene and cleanliness were also below expectations. We understand that technical issues can happen, but the poor customer service and lack of effort to resolve the problem made our stay extremely unpleasant. Would not recommend.

    Good except for check-in at 4:00 pm and poor maintenance of breakfast (coffee and scrambled eggs ran out and no one came to refill them)

    My parents( 83 and 78 years old ) arrived one day ahead of me. ( I had flight delay).Both of their name were on the booking as guest and I email the hotel informing them of the situation. They left my parents waiting for 2 hours before agreeing to give them the room. Breakfast was average and nobody cleaned the table between guest. Our room wasn’t clean during our 3 nights stay even after we requested a clean.( I usually don’t request clean for short stay but my father was sick and we needed a clean) I could only get fresh towels. Overall experience was negative.
