Hotel Arena Palace Montreal

My partner and I loved the place. The location is perfect as it's within steps to subway and a short walking distance to Ste Denis with all its restaurants and Ste Catherine and Laurent for Jazz Fest and the Village. The hotel will appeal to young, artsy, neuro-divergent, gender-fluid crowd. It will not appeal to an older, suburban crowd with any kind of mobility issue. The hotel had everything we needed for our two-night stay.

Staff are sweet and the hotel is in the middle of city really convenient to everywhere

Room was clean, checked for bedbugs and found none. This was our second time staying at this hotel and did not dissapoint either time. The price tells you what you get though, so no breakfast, no room service or anything, shower and bathroom are not in the rooms, and theres not a microwave or anything to make food while not the room. Great if you're a college student, and fantastic for the price. No better cheap motel in the city

The stairs are a bit steep but the staff was very nice, right next to the train station which made transport easier, great food options and convenience store right next door and the rooms were warm. Bathrooms were shared but usually was never occupied when I stayed. Might want to bring a longer cable for charging
