Do not book this property. The advertised pictures are completely fake and have absolutely nothing to do with the actual place. It is completely unsanitary and smells terrible.
Within 10 minutes of walking inside, the air quality was so poor from the thick dust and foul odor that my friend had a severe asthma flare-up and had to use her inhaler. There were bugs. We couldn't even stand to stay there for 20 minutes and had to leave immediately for our own health and safety.
To make matters worse, the property manager was an absolute nightmare to deal with. They spoke barely any English or French, making communication nearly impossible, and they were incredibly rude and aggressive. When we pointed out the horrific conditions, they literally told us to leave if we didn't like it and flat-out refused to accept our cancellation.
We contacted customer service immediately, provided photographic proof, and requested a refund.
Despite the fact that we did not stay in the property for even a single night, the manager chose to keep our money anyway. This place is a health hazard, and the management is running a complete scam. Save your money and your health—stay far away!
