This property is great! It's clean, spacious and in a quiet neighbourhood . Yannis, the landlord, is really nice as well. Good value for Montréal.

The host was very welcoming, friendly, and accommodating throughout my stay. The location is ideal, quiet and peaceful, yet very close to public transportation with direct access to the city center. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

This place is great. Excellent value for the price. The host is friendly and welcoming, there’s enough space and everything you need. The kitchen is well stocked. I felt at home. Parking on the street is free and wasn’t ever a problem to find a space.

The apartment was clean, inexpensive, and there was a kitchen. The owners were very accommodating and allowed us to do laundry.

Little privacy, owners sleep in the living room, there is a curfew, and it’s on the outskirts of town. The rooms are divided between two apartments - an upstairs and a downstairs apartment. We stayed in the upstairs apartment, which is two bedrooms. Since both bedrooms are rented out, the owners live and sleep in the living room, with a mattress on the floor tucked behind small privacy screen. One of the owners works from home from the living room and is making calls on speaker phone during the work day. The kitchen and bathroom used by the guests is the same one they use for their day-to-day. Because they sleep in the living room, there is a curfew. Online it was posted that you could not come and go between midnight and 5 am, but when we were there they also asked us not to shower after 11 pm and we felt uncomfortable getting back later than 11 as well because the owners would already be asleep in the living room. One morning, my friend and I slept in and when she got up to use the bathroom she found that one of the owners was using the toilet with the door open.
