    Indoor pool was nice and to check out the biodôme. Older hotel but nice. Don't ask for extra towels, they never bring them.

    the cleanliness was questionable, hairs in the shower, mold on the grout, makeup stains on my pillow cases. the pool was nice but the hours weren't as posted and the employee was a bit rude about it. my second night I woke up with a cluster of bites, definitely not mosquito bites. I also found what I thought was insect remnants on the mattress as well but the manager was dismissive. I spent my whole morning shaking out my clothes and putting them in plastic bags before I went home to prevent any transfer of bed bugs. no partial refund or anything was given to make up for the bad experience. it was stressful and I missed my last planned activity in Montreal. had to wash everything in hot water when I got home. it detracted from my trip but I figured it was best to be cautious. the manager acted like I was overreacting and had no grounds to expect anything from the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, I question how seriously the manager took my concern or whether he'd be honest if he did find bed bugs.

    Initially our room had stains and hairs in the bed, but staff were extremely apologetic and professional and changed our room right away. Free parking, low cost EV charging and good location. Better than expected water pressure in the shower and fitness centre.

    Affordable hotel and good service. Unfortunately we had an older room on top floor but it made due despite weaker ventilation. It worked for our needs though basic.
