Staff were great and very helpful from reception to vary parking do everything they can to help. Everytime I stay staff has alway been great.
For what you pay to stay the rooms and getting run down. Still fine but for cost would expect more and need an update. I was in 2 different rooms recently and both times same thing. I’ve been coming for at least 10 years at your hotel many times and rooms used to be better which would be fine if rates to stay weren’t that high.

Valets were professional and prompt.
Understaffed front desk, no concierge staff at their desk, understaffed and very slow service at breakfast restaurant. Dated rooms/facilities, needs significant updates. Coffee maker broken; fridge not cold; outlet locations not convenient for charging devices in room. Check in time rigidly at 3pm on the dot; therefore there was a long line and wait to check in. Poor customer service.
