    The location is a major plus. It is walkable, well connected by public transport, and very convenient for exploring. Cleanliness throughout the property was also excellent. What disappointed me most was the reception experience. The staff were efficient and professional, but the approach often felt cold and at times judgmental, which is not what you expect when checking in or asking simple questions. The lack of warmth made the stay feel less welcoming overall. Other staff were generally helpful, but reception left a lasting negative impression. Facilities are fine, though not standout, and for the price, I expected a bit more. If reception service and guest approach improved, this would be a much stronger option because the core basics are already there.

    I would like to extend my sincere thanks to the staff at Sofitel Montreal Golden Mile for their outstanding hospitality. My stay was perfect overall. Although there was a power outage on the last day before my checkout, the hotel staff handled the situation exceptionally well. They were attentive and promptly offered me a flashlight to help me manage my movements within the room. Their professionalism and dedication ensured that even an unexpected situation was dealt with smoothly.

    Over 500 dollars night, no coffee at lobby in the morning no bottles of water in the room.
