The location is a short walk from the city centre and the off street parking is useful however there is ample street parking for free too.
The house is a good size but it’s not really ready to be let as a house to rent. There isn’t enough crockery and cutlery for everyone to eat, there was 4 small towels for 5 of us to stay. The pull up bed wasn’t up for us to use and we had to do it ourselves. The shelving in the wardrobes were so dirty that our clothes got dirty just being stored on them. The bedding was washed but not ironed and was creased to hell. The dishwasher was full of the last persons dishes. The shower needs a dam good clean. There was only 4 dreg ends of toilet paper for us to use and the bathroom floor wasn’t really clean.
The house isn’t anywhere near ready for people to stay comfortably and is absolutely not worth the cost. Who ever is in charge really needs to do a few weeks in hospo and get some advice on what guests will expect.

The environment was quiet and there is a parking lot right outside the house. Host is very accommodating too. It is also walking distance to Iverness City Centre.
No shampoo and shower gel were provided and there is no kitchen towel too. The floor made a lot of creeping noise when walking and this can easily disturb the partner sleeping in the same room.

The location was great and there is free parking.
The furniture was old and dirty, the owner forgot to send instruction on how to access the property. Very basic and if not for the location being so close to the event we were attending I would score lower. Everything from the bedding and towels to the couches looked and felt like they were 20 years old and had seen heavy use.

It is the same as what you see in the pictures. Clean and tidy. Lovely kitchen area.
The mattresses could do with an upgrade.

Location.
Tired. Dated. Needs maintenance - eg drawer fronts falling off, hooks broken. Just needs some attention. Main bedroom tiny - impossible for tall people to manoeuvre around bed. No room for cases.

Very convenient. Easy to locate. Good communication- and that's about it. We were pleased only to be staying one night
Very basic facilities, especially in the kitchen. Appliances were fine but no oven gloves, tea towels, one personal towel each. Very few utensils. Felt like a student house that was being used for holiday lets during the summer. Parking was difficult as the person living opposite parked so that we couldn't get onto the drive without a lot of difficult manoeuvres.. At over £200 for one night, it seems a bit expensive when compared to other accommodation that we've recently rented. We rented a beautiful 3 bed apartment in Stornoway for under £200 a night with every conceivable utensil and facility you might ever need. Jane's place didn't feel at all welcoming- not one book, ornament or any plants. In fact, after a long journey, we wondered what we had arrived at.

We loved the location, and the beds were comfortable! Also grateful for the parking.
One bedroom was a little snug (difficult to move around the bed). Otherwise it was lovely!

Central, easy to find and ideal for our purposes.
It was hard to work out the tv but Abe was kind enough to come over and sort it

Great location for exploring Inverness. Walking distance to city centre and Ness Bank.
Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting / dining area.
Beds were a bit hard and a washing machine would have rounded out amenities.

Accommodation good, couldn't work out the television properly and the dining stools had food stains on them. Other than that would book again.

Location was great, close to town and across the water from Eden Court Theatre
Furnishings were tired, sofa worn, kitchen lovely but complimentary tea and coffee etc would have gone a long way. Upstairs floorboards were so creaky, as was the double bed. Bathroom shelves were not very nice and we only got 1 toilet roll between 4 of us. Good job we were only there for 1 night. Single beds were comfy enough but the pillows and bedding could be doing with an upgrade. The pillows were very flat and not very fresh. The decor in the bedrooms made me feel like I was staying in my granny’s spare room, could be so much nicer.

The location is perfect, on a quiet street away from traffic and still close to the city center. The kitchen is modern and there is a small private outdoor area to grab some fresh air and relax with a coffee.
The beds were uncomfortable and the bedding is very old, considering how cheap new bedding is these days we were a bit disappointed with this. Despite this, we would still return again as it is excellent value - cheaper than most local hotels.

Beautifully warm and a good location. Beds were fair, but house was clean and adequate for a nights stay.
There were three of us and not enough towels. No coffee or tea and no instructions on the house, fireplace or local conveniences. Soap and toilet paper ran dangerously low for just a night. 😆 A minor thing, but would have rated better if there was a warm cuppa available after a long day in the rain and cold.

Perfect location for what where we needed to be for our tour. Plenty of space for everyone.
The shower was tricky to use but the owner came by to show us how to use it. The beds were very uncomfortable with poor quality linen.

Great location. Easy to check in.
Great kitchen/cooking facilities. TV and sky available.
Owner provides recommendations for restaurants in the area.
Floor upstairs is really noisy. It creaks with every step, which wakes everyone up if you try and do a middle of the night toilet trip.
Towels are way too small. Barely cover the private areas.

The house is is located in close proximity to Inverness town centre.
The accommodation is just average. The bedding and the towels are old and tattered. The bathroom is mouldy. The mattresses are not of good quality and not comfortable at all. Tea or coffee is not provided. For the price we paid, it is not value for money at all.

Great location. Quiet back street with off street parking and close to the river, restaurants and shopping. Cosy little house, great for a short stay.
Needs new pillows and a bigger frypan.

Double bedroom is very small

Nice clean small house overall.
Good kitchen with all the appliances.
Big TV for a nice evening with Netflix
The bed linen need changing, they are completely worn out.
The extra bed was a folded bed in one bedroom, the sofas in the living room are not convertible into bed.
We wish we had the tablets for dish washing machine. We just stayed for one night and it was not worth buying them.

It was cosy and comfy and so close to the Town centre.
The gap between the double bed and the walls is really quite big

Location was perfect. Shower was great. Easy to access the property initially with no one to meet/time limit.
Bedroom carpet had clumps of hair that hadn’t been hoovered. There was a musty smell in the twin bedroom.

Lovely furnishings and well appointed kitchen with the best drawers I have ever seen!. This property is spacious enough for four adults.
Superbly located to explore the center of Inverness with a short walk into town - great to park up the car.
The queen size bed, although comfy, it takes up the majority of the bedroom - watch out for your knees!!

Nice clean house good location easy access to centre
I would have preferred more pillows and there was only one wine glass. But everything else was spot on

It was located 15-20 walk from the train station
It smelt of cigarettes, and the decor needed a refresh
