Neat apartment with all kitchen facilities, bed and mattress comfortable. All amenities were available.
No hot / cold water mixer in wash basins. Only separate hot and cold water taps. Toilet flush took ages to fill after one use. Although we booked for 4 adults, soap was provided in only one bathroom. The quantity of soap was only for 2 persons. Location was slightly away from centre but not too far.

A simple, clean place to stay in Inverness. A good location, with a pleasant scenic 15 minute walk into the centre of town. Plenty of space for a couple or small family group.
The central heating system wasn't working, but a number of stand alone heaters were provided and they soon got the place toasty warm. It felt like the apartment could do with a little light maintenance and a lick of paint here and there. A few fixtures were damaged or showed signs of heavy wear and tear.

Very spacious. Comfy sofa.
The whole place needs modernising and felt low in quality. Beds were awful. Shower cubicles felt like they would fall apart with a touch. No streaming service on the TV. Parking is an issue.
