The location, only a short walk to town. The amount of room, comfort and facilities. Small supermarket over the bridge catered for essentials. Surprisingly good at short notice. Good price for 3 nights and Inverness is lovely.
No tea towels, luckily we had one. No sink plug in the kitchen. Showers in both bathrooms leaked, so we had to "mop up" after a shower. A shelf or two in the bathrooms would have been useful
Promise of tea towels, and an extension lead ( for my wife's hair tongs) did not materialise.

Very roomy and clean and after travelling for about 2 weeks it was so good to do some washing. Made my sister and I feel like home

Very spacious. Comfy sofa.
The whole place needs modernising and felt low in quality. Beds were awful. Shower cubicles felt like they would fall apart with a touch. No streaming service on the TV. Parking is an issue.
