A family-run guesthouse. Straight from the beginning, you feel a laid-back atmosphere and can start to contemplate the picturesque surroundings. Every aspect of our stay was perfect: a spotlessly clean room, tasty dinner at a reasonable price, breakfast, and a spacious car park. Definitely will try to visit this place again:)

It was sparkly clean. The breakfast was nice and fresh. The view, location and the garden were amazing. I loved their bunnies! The room was modernly renovated and the bed was comfy.

The blankets might be a bit too warm for the season. But that was the only thing.

The heat in the room is a mistory :) The honor control the heat and sometimes we had issue with the cold temp. Or not working, but after all they where there for us when needed, so thats fair enough

+ moderne Einrichtung + gute Ausstattung + geräumig

- störendes Brummen von 6:30-10:30 Uhr morgens - Fernseher zu klein (selbst im Wohnzimmer) - z.T. schlechter TV-Empfang - Couch ist zu weit weg vom TV - kein Skiraum (aber Skischuh-Heizung) - Ortstaxe plötzlich höher als von Booking angegeben - Pfannen und Besteck waren dreckig

Ruhige Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, familienfreundliche Atmosphäre, nachhaltig, sehr gutes Frühstück, bequeme Betten, großer gemütlicher Garten.

Mooie locatie, maar kan nog veel verbeterd worden

De locatie is heerlijk rustig, grote tuin waar de kinderen heerlijk konden spelen. Kamers waren ruim en heel schoon. Wanneer je wat vroeg werden we goed geholpen.

Net wat comfort en details, bank heeft geen kussens, zat niet lekker. Geen droogrek/plek om kleding te drogen in de zon/binnen en iets meer bestek zou fijn zijn zodat je niet na het ontbijt je bestek moet afwassen voor bijv. het diner. En iets meer info bij het inchecken was handig geweest, zo draaide het restaurant bijv. Ze hadden een leuke muziekavond met eten gepland staan, wij wisten er pas vanaf toen we na het eten terug kwamen bij de woning. Gemiste kans om de gasten net wat meer te bieden.

Schöner Spontanurlaub in ruhiger Lage

Uns hat besonders die ruhige Lage und der große Garten gefallen. Die Kinder konnten toben während wir Eltern in Ruhe reden und etwas trinken konnten. Es war wirklich für jedes Kind etwas Passendes dabei (Sandkasten mit Spielzeug, Fußball inkl. Tore, Trampolin, kleine Traktoren usw.) Getränke wurden ganz einfach aufs Zimmer geschrieben, so mussten wir nicht ständig Geld mitschleppen. Außerdem waren Ziegen sowie Hasen ums Haus herum unterwegs und unsere Kinder durften die Hasen füttern. :-)

Die Landschaft spricht für sich. Ein Urlaub, der nicht enden dürfte.

Wir haben den schönsten Urlaub seit langem verbracht. Fam. Zach leitet die Pension mit viel Liebe und Sorgfalt. Die hübsch renovierten Zimmern wurden täglich gereinigt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war mehr als reichhaltig und das Abendessen war hervorragend. Diese Pension ist eine Perle für den Kitzbüheler Raum und sehr empfehlenswert.
