Location, cleanliness, fantastic value for money, easy checking and spacious accommodation.
Slight improvement to the bathroom only with space to put your toiletries in the shower and sink area. Bed slightly uncomfortable.

Excellent location for where we needed to visit. Clean individual room with tea and coffee making facilities. Plenty of storage and enough toiletries, towels etc. The self check in worked well when we had the number.
Poor water pressure meant electric shower was far from ideal, and temperature difficult to control which we have fed back directly to the owners. We hope they are able to improve this as we would like to return when next in Derbyshire.

Excellent accommodation, very clean and modern, will definitely stay here again.
