Super comfortable stay with very friendly and welcoming hosts.

The friendliest hosts and impeccably clean. Breakfast was delicious and the children really enjoyed meeting the farm animals.

Minor niggle was that the curtains in the children’s room could be a bit thicker/ darker as they did not fully keep the light out.

Comforts of home and exceptional value for money.

Room was warm and cosy with very comfortable beds. Nice to have tea/coffee facilties in the room. Large shower and plenty hot water. Breakfast was freshly made to order...perfect consistency porridge and perfect poached eggs. Husband had full English and was also cooked perfectly. Very attentive hosts who delivered an excellent service Would definitely reccommend.

An amazing B&B which was the perfect place for a first night away for us with our daughter.

We had a lovely one night stay at Crich Lane Farm. It was the perfect first night away with our 12 week old daughter. The room was was clean, spacious and we immediately felt at home when we arrived. Breakfast was also a highlight!

Location lovely, and wished we had booked for longer and yet easy to get onto other main routes. Staff jwere very helpful and friendly and the breakfast was really lovely.

Really enjoyable stay

Lovely quiet location, yet only 10-15 minute walk to the pub on the main road. Room was clean, warm and comfortable, with everything we needed. Kate was attentive and very friendly. Excellent choice at breakfast time and the full English was delicious. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Quiet - stunning - Beautiful stay

Family run business - perfect to be just down the road from a wedding venue - the room was brilliant spacious with all amenities including a safety mat for the shower and they even got me some oat milk for my stay

A coffee pod machine would have made it perfect

A fabulous welcome and place to stay!!

Beautiful location with a warm and welcoming host, Kate! The breakfast was delicious with local ingredients and a good array of toast and cereal for the children to choose from. The room was spotlessly clean and fabulous for a family with a separate 3 bed room off the main bedroom for the children. We will definitely be returning.

We like staying here.

We have stayed here before in previous years, usually 1 night but 3 nights in 2023. All very clean and comfortable with excellent breakfasts. Peaceful rural setting not far from an annual event we usually go to at Ogston reservoir.

Tranquil and quaint spot which caters to everyone

A brilliant stay at Crich Lane Farm, the lady who greeted us was ever so welcoming and explained everything to us clearly. Breakfast in the morning was great and all dietary requirements were catered to. Would definitely visit again in the future x

Great stay at the farm

The host Kate was very friendly and welcoming, the r oom was very clean the bed comfortable and a really nice bathroom and shower. Breakfast was also very good . We found the surrounding area relaxing. Only stayed one night as we we're moving on but wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

It’s in a peaceful position with just the animals for company. It’s in a good location for exploring the area; Matlock is nearby and Carsington Water is not far if you like a long walk.

Excellent stay and nice breakfast

The hosts are really nice, the place is comfortable and good to stay away. They prepared the breakfast freshly and presented it with a lovely manner, it’s just like a visit to a friend’s home. Very nice to meet the farm animals and happy to visit again

Two night stay 27th - 28th June 2025

Breakfast was very nice and fresh with good options of full english with multiple choices of how you like your eggs. Also cereals and porridge available, plus fruit and yoghurt. Very clean rooms with tea and coffee. Staff were very freindly and accommodating. One of our party asked if they had a spare fan for their room as the weather was hot, the owners checked and as they didn't have one available, went out and brought one for our party member room that afternoon.

You were made to feel welcome from the minute you arrived at the farm. The surroundings were very picturesque. Everywhere was clean and tidy and nothing was too much trouble. The room lovely and met my expectations

Home from home.

It is a working farm set in beautiful countryside. Our room had an extra large double bed which was very comfortable. The room was spotlesslessly clean. The full English breakfast was home cooked and delicious. There was a variety of cereals and drinks too. Kate was very friendly and welcoming. I would love to return and explore the many pretty villages in the area.

Great location and lovely hosts also recommend having the full English was a great start to each day . Good sized room and comfy bed would definitely stay again.

Shower heat wasn't consistent and would start off normal temp then go a little chilly then center of the sun. Rooms aren't that soundproof so the quiet hours are not so quiet depending on who is staying at the same time as you.

A Warm and inviting , relaxed night away, in beautiful surroundings.

What a lovely place to stay, our room was perfect for 5 ( 2 adults and 3 kids aged 9,11,14) plenty of space and very comfortable The hosts were so accommodating and we felt very welcome indeed, we even got to feed lamb lamb on the bottle . Breakfast was delicious, fresh , hot , made to order and clean plates all round . Again hosts were wonderful and very attentive. The grounds were beautiful, it was so nice to stay somewhere with such a personal touch & feel to it . Thank you for the lovely touch of the Easter Eggs for the kids x
