The location was perfect and the food was amazing. The rooms were spacious and such a comfy bed. An absolutely lovely hotel.
I first thought the only negative on the hotel was the poor wifi which was frustrating but not a motor issue. However after having booked a non cancellable room, we received a message saying that as an event hotel, there could be some noise at night. This did not prepare us for our room “throbbing” until midnight. It got so bad we tried to leave, only stopped by a flat battery. So I sat and cried because it all got too much. I messaged the hotel to about this and to date have not received a reply.

The room was cosy and comfortable.
The hallway had an unpleasant odour. Breakfast wasn’t the best.

Did not like the streaky bacon so fatty couldn’t eat it all all. Ordered a Americano coffee which was Luke warm. No butter on the bread. Didn’t get a choice of white or brown so again couldn’t eat it. I paid £186 for the 1 night and expected more
